The residents of the Field Club Historic District, located near downtown Omaha, Nebraska, and the Field Club Homeowners League, welcome you to our historic neighborhood via the Internet!  Once you join the Homeowners League, you will become part of a community that is very active with many benefits and events planned during the year.

The main goal of the FCHL is to actively participate in discussions/decisions with the city and community to protect the property values of the members, sponsor and promote activities designed to build community spirit within the neighborhood and city, and to help the city with observance and enforcement of zoning regulations and ordinances within the neighborhood.  Basically, we are here to support you, the Field Club Neighborhood, and Omaha!

For ONLY $20.00 a year, you will receive:

  • Beautiful landscaping, flowers & benches on the Woolworth Avenue in the center of the neighborhood
